Synthetic Fibre Development & Application Centre has state of art facilities for education, testing and training. Synthetic Fibre Department has facility for converting polyester chips into filaments. Fibre line has facilities for converting filament in fibre. Textile department converts the fibres into the yarn which can be transferred into cones and then into fabric. Wet processing facilities cover dyeing, printing and finishing areas. Four years Bachelor of Textile Engineering Program offered by college in affiliation with Hamdard University provides in depth knowledge to students in the field of Textiles.

Comprehensive physical and chemical laboratories for testing raw material intermediate products and finished goods is available. Eco Lab is equipped with sophisticated equipments.
